Hi Sarah, thank you very much for your order. Our driver has been trying to deliver your mirror, but you have left the wrong phone number on your order. The phone number did not ring out. We have emailed you a couple of times requesting your correct phone number with no reply. We use our own man in van he can't set off and drive 90 miles and deliver this huge mirror without knowing that someone is definitely going to be in. 100% Agree with what you are saying. My standard has slipped, and Iv struggled to run everything on my own. I will improve on it and get back to the standards I have set previously.

We are moving back to our old manufacturer where the quality is much higher, so we aim to get everything perfect.

I do apologise this transaction did not work out.

I have reviewed my previous email correspondence I counted the word sorry x 4 and the word apologise once. So 5 times in all I said sorry as I genuinely care and I want all my customers to be happy.

I also looked at email speed all the emails were answered within 24 hours apart from one email which was just over 24 hours.
