Hello Julia. Thank you for your feedback, as discussed through email this was ordered on a Friday afternoon therefore the only next available shipping date would have been Monday but with it being a bank holiday Tuesday was the next available date on this occasion. We do offer weekend delivery at no extra charge and this is an option at the checkout, if that option was selected then you would have had your item with you the very next day. We find sometimes that no matter how well you wrap a product damages can still happen which is unfortunate but sometimes all it takes is a careless driver. With that said we will always do our best to make things right with our customers as we don't want anyone to have a bad experience with us. I trust the replacement mirror will be to your satisfaction, if there are any issues please don't hesitate to contact me and we will again do what we can do sort this out for you.
