Hogyan ellenőrizzük a véleményeket?

A véleményeket az eladáshoz vagy a tranzakcióhoz társítva ellenőrizzük, hogy valódi vásárlóktól származnak-e. A személyeket csak akkor kérjük fel vélemény írására, ha már vásároltak az adott vállalkozástól.

Hogyan kezeljük a hamis véleményeket?

I am sorry to hear of the inconvenience this has caused you.

The reason we offer instructions on how to get a bathroom mirror working is sometimes it is as simple as a wire coming loose in transit it does not happen often but it can and lot of customer do not want the hassle of returning their mirror and getting a replacement when fixing it can be the easiest option however we completely understand that not all customers are comfortable with doing this and we will always accommodate our customers wishes.

I have passed on your feedback to Parcelforce as it is unacceptable for a collection to take this amount of time.

Again my sincere apologies for any hassle this has caused you.

Beautiful mirror, but arrived damaged

Beautiful mirror but did not recieve next day delivery even though I selected this at checkout. Mirror also arrived damaged with little chunks of paintwork missing so wood underneath showing though....

Perfect mirro, unhappy with delivery

Great mirror but unhappy with delivery. Opted for Saturday delive Y and stayed home for th item to be delivered to a neighbour on to Tuesday.

excellent product, service unfortunatley didn't quite match

Shame about the promised next day delivery if ordered before 3pm. I ordered as a gift and received an email confirmation that the item would be delivered the next day and even had a family member...

Thank you very much for your feedback, I am sorry to hear your item was not delivered on time. Our phone line is open 9am-5pm Monday - Friday if you tried calling within them times there is always someone there to answer the phone. I can see Parcelforce did try to delivery your item on the 11th which was the next day however they were unable to do so. I will pass on your comments to Parcelforce so that they can improve in the future and again I am terribly sorry you were unable to get through to speak to someone on our phone we will be running tests to make sure the phone lines are working properly.
