Thank you for your comments. We do note that all requests were made with our suppliers prior to your departure and regret that these were not honoured. There are no recorded notes to indicate that a complaint was received after your return. All complaints must be in writing and whilst this is now too late to address we do regret any impact on your holiday.

Thank you for your prompt reply. I totally understand that it is too late to act on our complaint, hwever, i would like to point out that if i was asked to send it in writing i would have done.
Its a shame that communication was lapse somewhere along the line with regards to our reservation before and after the holiday.
Obvioulsy not having confirmation with our special requirements stated from yourselves, and the reception staff showing us our reservation with them which had nothing on, it does make you wonder where the communication error occured.
