Ok and sorted a problem out. We add a 3 bedroom villa. But i got a phone telling me there were no 3 bedrooms available. So we ended up with 2 apartment 1bedroom .

This is a situation which we make every effort to avoid, but as we book through a third party, the supply may change rapidly and, unfortunately, a situation over which we have no control. Our agents will make every effort to source the accommodation through alternative suppliers and if unable to do so will offer alternative room types in the same property. Good company, watch out for hidden costs.
The online booking was easy to and the customer service after we booked was equally as good. My only gripe is that not all costs are transparent, as a family of 5 we obviously have luggage to take...

Thank you for your positive feedback. To address the queries raised re the hidden costs we would advise that the website is clear and additions can be made online after hotel and flight selection. Unfortunately, bags, seats, meals etc are optional and the charges made are by the airline and a matter over which we have no control. We are sure that, despite the issues raised, you will have a wonderful holiday.
