Unhappy with booking
Very disappointed. I booked for 23 family members, at no time did they state that the hotel consisted of two separate buildings or our party would be split into two. I called and tried to resolve...

We can assure you that our agents do not intend to mislead in any way and always give the best possible options and advice available at the time of confirmation. When a large number of rooms are booked in one transaction, due to the hotel configuration, it may not always be possible to guarantee the allocation.

Everything went so smooth when placing order untill I got a call telling me it had gone up £50. but when I checked other sites the price was the same as the original one.

Very helpful
Very helpful, didn’t quiet get the package advertised but managed to compromise and is there to help on hand when needed rather than a queue and robot
