When you raised your concerns after 5pm on Tuesday, our housekeeping team had already finished for the day. As explained at the time, we offered to have housekeeping attend your caravan first thing Wednesday morning to assess and resolve the issue for you. At that stage, you declined this offer as you had already purchased air freshener. In line with our standard process, we always aim to resolve any issues in the first instance before arranging a move to alternative accommodation, and therefore we would not normally relocate guests without housekeeping first attending to assess the situation. We apologise for any inconvenience the smell caused and are sorry to hear it impacted your stay. As no further assistance was requested after the offer of housekeeping, we understood that the matter had been resolved to your satisfaction. Your comments have been noted and will be shared with our housekeeping team to ensure standards remain consistent across all accommodation, including our pet-friendly units.
