I thought you kept a steady flow of people viewing the property, I am not sure if its a good idea to ask the seller to leave the property especially if the seller has a good knowledge of the property

Allow seller time to read contract before signing and give them a copy to take away. Be honest and straight forward.

It was lovely to deal with you once again on selling your property that you had previously bought through us. It is of course of concern that you have rated the service this time around as only 3 stars and we would be delighted to speak to you to discuss.

In response to the precise points in your comments we would always want you to read through the contract and have time to consider the points in your own time; of course a huge part of what we do is with honest and integrity as well. I sincerely apologise if you would feel at any point this was not the case.
