Hello, Thank you for your comments. I was sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the service provided by some of the guides on your Taj and Tigers tour, and felt that this was not as relaxing as you would have hoped. It is regrettable that you were dissatisfied with the ITC Mughal hotel in Agra and do not feel that this was a 5* hotel; however, this hotel has been awarded 5* by the local tourist board, and previous customers have been generally satisfied with this hotel. I have forwarded your comments regarding Ranthambore to our product department, who are always keen to receive feedback as it allows them to identify areas for possible improvement. I do hope that your time in India was enjoyable overall, and I do hope that you will continue to book Hayes & Jarvis holidays in the future when travel permits. Kind regards, Alice Hayes & Jarvis
