Thank you for your feedback - firstly, please accept our apologies for the delivery delay on your recent order. We understand that the confusion has arisen due to the courier looking for a commercial premises rather than a flat. Once we were made aware of the issue we liaised with FedEx accordingly and delivery was promptly made. Once again, apologies for any inconvenience caused and hopefully this isolated incident will not prevent you from ordering from our company in the future.
