Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent purchase. As you may be aware we have recently relocated our warehouse and offices and have fully digitalised our warehouse. As we’re sure you can appreciate, this has had a minor effect on some of our major processes whilst making the transition, which unfortunately includes our usual timely delivery quote service. Please rest assured that we are working very hard to speed up the current process and we really do appreciate your continued patience & co-operation.

As we outsource our deliveries we cannot provide a flat rate fee for deliveries to Ireland as it is based on size and weight and each order is different. I understand your frustration and will pass on your comments to the Business Development Manager.
