Firstly, please let me apologise for the issues encountered with this order. You should receive an email confirming your goods have been dispatched for delivery, as we send all our customers automated emails once goods have left our warehouse. With regards to rearranging delivery, we would ask our customers to inform us of any problems with delivery, so we can have this rearranged ourselves, also, Kevin Smith is our couriers customer service representative.
