Hi, I am so sorry that you didnt receive the free sample that you requested. If you check our Ts and Cs when it comes to samples it says: "We always work hard to ensure that the sample(s) you selected are added to your order but on occasion these are unavailable so we will select the closest sample that we have available instead. If you selected a plastic free sample we will always replace with a plastic free sample if possible. If you selected a plastic free sample and we don’t have any plastic free ones available we will not add a free sample in a plastic sachet. If we don’t have your sample in stock we don’t want to slow your order down arriving with you so we will just dispatch with a replacement without contacting you. Please note that adding the free sample is not legally binding, we will do our best to fulfil all sample requests but we cannot guarantee them."
