Hi, I am so sorry to read that you are not happy with the shopping experience. I have checked your order and the tracking information and I can see that your order did take 4 working days to be delivered (6 days including the weekend). You are correct in that with your free shipping upgrade to tracked 48 postage, your order should have only taken 2 working days and should have been delivered on the Thursday not the Monday that you received on. Unfortunately with the strike days (one of which was the day after your order was dispatched) it has massively slowed all of Royal Mail delivery down. I know how frustrating this is and the impact this strike has had on deliveries, I am so sorry this has happened. With regards to the item that you thought you had ordered two of, can you please email us at info@greenerbeauty.com to confirm which item you thought you had ordered two of and we can have a further look into this for you. For future reference, at the time of placing the order if an item is low in stock (under 3 left) it will say this on the product page and it wont let you order more than we have left.
