Dear Marjorie, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're truly sorry to hear about the issues you experienced. It’s unfortunate that there was a lapse in communication regarding your updated flight details, and we understand how frustrating that must have been. We strive to ensure that all information is promptly and accurately relayed to our drivers, and it’s concerning to hear that this wasn’t the case for you. We’ve shared your feedback with our team to review and improve our communication procedures to prevent such issues in the future. Thank you for your understanding and for bringing this to our attention. If you have any further concerns or need assistance in the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out directly. Best regards, Gray Line Team
