Dear Dirk, Thank you for your feedback! We’re pleased to hear that you found our online booking process easy and quick. However, we're sorry to learn about the issues you experienced with our bus staff at the hotel drop-off. This is not the standard we aim for, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We will be reviewing our procedures and staff training to ensure that we provide a more reliable and seamless experience in the future. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve. Thank you for choosing our services, and we hope to have the opportunity to serve you better next time. Sincerely, Gray Line Team
