Hogyan gyűjtjük a Feefo véleményeket?

A visszajelzéseket a velünk együttműködő vállalkozások nevében, függetlenül gyűjtjük.

Hogyan ellenőrizzük a véleményeket?

Hogyan kezeljük a hamis véleményeket?

Not a hotel drop off. Do not be fooled

This was hardly a hotel drop off. We took a bus, then transferred to another bus which left us in the center of town. We had to walk up a big hill and about a quarter of a mile to our hotel because...

Dear David, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear that your recent visit wasn't up to your expectations. We take all feedback seriously, and we appreciate your honest feedback. As we checked, it shows that the service was provided and the bus driver drop you off at the designated Bus Stop for Canopy Hotel. Please also be reminded that due to Reykjavik's bustling tourism, there are policies restricting tour buses from accessing certain streets and areas. As a result, the city has established specific pickup points for tour buses. These pickup points are strategically positioned close to downtown accommodations, ensuring you have only a brief walk (under 10 minutes) to commence your journey. We still hope you enjoyed your stay here in Iceland. Warm regards, Gray Line Team
