Ki írhat Feefo véleményt?

Hello Dear Customer, We are sorry to hear that you were not able to join us. We're sorry to hear that your recent visit wasn't up to your expectations. As we checked, the GPS shows that our bus driver was at Bus Stop #1 and was able to pick-up other passengers, hence, the pick-up was operated. The booking was not an issue but the printout did not have the correct hotel listed and when I pointed that out at the bus terminal I was told that wasn’t a problem.
