Dear Sebastian, Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We're glad to hear that the booking process itself went smoothly, but we sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the multiple emails with different pick-up times and the issues with adding your trip to Google Wallet. We understand how frustrating this must have been, and we’re currently investigating the cause of the server errors with the links to ensure that they function properly in the future. In the meantime, if you encounter any further issues with your booking details or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly. We’re here to help! We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we’re committed to improving the experience for our customers. We hope to serve you again soon with a smoother process. Sincerely, Gray Line Team
