Better deals online vs over the phone
Buying online was fine, I had a small issue when I called to confirm the deal I was getting online included baggage. There operator I spoke to was insistent that it was impossible to get this flight...

Hello,
Thank you very much for your review and for letting us know about your booking experience.
It seems that in this case, the agent has not updated his system - thus, he has not seen the updated flight/ticket prices. Flight tickets fluctuate often and we try our best to advice our Agents to constantly refresh their systems often. Your feedback has been taken very seriously though and will be passed on to the head of department.
With regards to your tip on getting an online reference number: we do highly recommend this too! We often encourage our customers who find their quotes on our website to keep the web reference number they see so we can easily trace the flight times, date and fare price when they give us a call to get more details.
Again, thank you very much for your review! We really appreciate it.
Kind regards,
Globehunters
