Don't do it
If I could give 0 or even minus I would. Weird and don't follow through on what they say the would do. They told me my flights were definitely changeable and they would call me back on two separate...

My flight booking experience in the past has been a 2 mins seamless process. As I said it's now a week and half & this issue is outstanding. This is doing my head in & I think it is only proper if I get my money so I can book directly with Ethiopian airlines

I just rang the office asking for my ticket as I was told today I would get it. (9 days after booking it ) The staff told me it will have to be another two days before I will get my ticket I don’t know whether I can trust this? . I’m starting to worry now because will I actually get my ticket or not ? I need to start planning for my trip but I can’t move on to do so until I confirm my flight!
