Good speed, need more company processes.
Gigaclears network speeds are excellent, the up time can be very hit and miss, and the customer service is a bit hit and miss depending on who you speak to.

Endless faults keep occurring
Unfortunately the internet provided is very unreliable, faults should not keep happening it seems when ever I’ve something important to deal with this internet let’s me down !!!

Product ok. Awful customer service
Customer service is very slow. When you email you don't get a reply. When I called to sort out a billing error I was promised it would be adjusted the following month - it wasn't

Appalling, obtuse admin at gigaclear. Avoid at all costs
The product is ok, although can be intermittent. Gigaclear's installation and admin are notoriously poor. The installation crews are often done incorrectly, no doubt poorly paid.
