Service is very good but the cost is increasingly uncompetitive. Early advice of outages is good.

Brilliant
Good initial installation.
The product works brilliantly, both up/download speeds and great wifi - no problems.
So no need for any additional service - the opposite to BT

Excellent service
Fantastic speed from fibre compared with service from telephone wire. Company gives message if any problem with service and lets you know when resolved. No problems with service.
