One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had
Respond to emails, it took three months an three emails before I for a response. Shocked how a company who is supposed to increase speed of communication can’t communicate.

The amount of times they are repairing the broadband is constant.
I’m just disappointed with the service. The broadband always seems to be down or needing repair. It’s very expensive too. £41 a month for a service that is not reliable is a rip off.

Continuity of service is important to me.
They always inform me in advance when carrying out maintenance, and respond very quickly if there is an interruption in supply.

Very happy in all respects.occasional breaks in service but rapidly fixed.
Price at £29 monthly satisfactory for speed of service. But if current discount vanishes and charge reverts to £40, it will be a different story.
