Dealing with Frank Innes is painful.
The split between Countrywide and Frank Innes means that there is no continuity in the property management. And the most common answer is we don't deal with that aspect... There has been no property...

It was good that Frank Innes took care of most of the viewings as we were very busy to do this. However, there were 2 occasions where they had made a viewing appointment but never turned up for it....

Staff knew their job and market and gave us confidence. House sold in less than a week.
Friendly staff who explained everything before we signed. They dealt with all the viewings which saved us a lot of time. Richard was knowledgeable about the area which gave us confidence that he knew...
