Hi there, Many thanks for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that you feel dissatisfied. Unfortunately, in this case, you would need to contact the retailer, Boots, regarding this issue. I have checked back to your original package on our system that we had received for you from Boots on 22/04 and our processing team had only identified x 2 vitamin products present in this package when we originally booked this to your account and this quantity would have been clearly stated from your UK inbox in your account. If the quantity of items showing from your account was not consistent with the quantity you purchased from the retailer this should have been notified to us prior to shipping, we would have carried out an additional contents inspection of the package to determine if the quantity stated from your account for the package is the correct quantity located inside the package and then you would have been able to evaluate whether the retailer would need to be contacted to arrange delivery of the remaining items or to be refunded for the missing item. We would advise that you contact the retailer, regarding your original order, to determine the confirmed quantity that should have been sent to us with the courier. Unfortunately we have no control with how the retailer prepare and dispatch goods for delivery to our warehouse. We apologize for any inconveninece or frustration this issue may be causing you. We hope you will reconsider your current rating of our service.
