Hogyan gyűjtjük a Feefo véleményeket?

A visszajelzéseket a velünk együttműködő vállalkozások nevében, függetlenül gyűjtjük.

Hogyan ellenőrizzük a véleményeket?

Hogyan kezeljük a hamis véleményeket?

Thank you for your review it is great to hear that you enjoyed the convenience of our FlyDirect programme out of the Isle of Man. I am sorry to hear that you found the quality of the complimentary snack provided by our partners at BA CityFlyer to be poor, and I will ensure your comments are passed on to the relevant people. We do state online and on our pre-departure information that a "buy on board" service isn't available on our flights and clients are of course welcome to take their own snacks on-board. We hope to see you on a future flight or holiday soon!
