Great experience, huge bonus being able to fly direct.

We only booked flights , but were very impressed, the plane was modern, the crew on Air Baltic were very attentive and knowledgeable and the flights were on time.

VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE BOTH WAYS

very poor service. No customer service at all. Not nearly enough checking staff both ways. No communication. Zero respect for people travelling with young children, or the elderly and vulnerable.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear how frustrating your most recent experience travelling with us was. At Jersey, the check-in desk opens 2 hours prior to departure, so if this was opened later than scheduled, this is something I will check and discuss with Swissport. In Tenerife, check-in opens 2.5 hours prior to departure; unfortunately, arriving earlier than this (as mentioned in your feedback) does not reduce waiting time and can result in longer queues before desks open. Excellent service from Fly Direct

Excellent service. Always kept us well informed. We paid for direct transfers and these were excellent. Air Baltic plane was very spacious and had free Wi-Fi.
