Ki írhat Feefo véleményt?

Csak a vásárlást igazoló bizonylattal rendelkező ügyfelek írhatnak Feefo véleményt. Ezt úgy biztosítjuk, hogy a tranzakciót követően azonnal felvesszük a kapcsolatot a vásárlókkal.

Hogyan ellenőrizzük a véleményeket?

A véleményeket az eladáshoz vagy a tranzakcióhoz társítva ellenőrizzük, hogy valódi vásárlóktól származnak-e. A személyeket csak akkor kérjük fel vélemény írására, ha már vásároltak az adott vállalkozástól.

Hogyan kezeljük a hamis véleményeket?

A Feefo megakadályozza, hogy a személyek hamis véleményeket írjanak, mivel csak ellenőrzött vásárlókat kérünk fel rá, hogy visszajelzést adjanak.

We’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the transfer request and the special assistance at Tenerife Airport. We can confirm that assistance requests are passed to the relevant airport teams in advance, but we will review this further with the airport handling agents to understand what may have happened on this occasion. It is great to hear that the assistance team at Jersey Airport were fabulous and I hope that this experience you encountered in Tenerife will not deter you from a future FlyDirect flight or holiday.

Information not sent to Jersey airport check-in by fly direct. Distressing.

Fly direct service was a letdown as information hadn’t been sent to Jersey Airport for when I checked in. I’m a disabled person and the service I was expecting was terrible.

We are very sorry to hear about your recent experience at check-in, particularly as we understand how important assistance arrangements are. We can confirm that the wheelchair assistance request and booking information were sent in advance, and as both passengers were on the same booking this should have been recognised by the airport handling team (Swissport.) We will investigate this further with Jersey Airport to understand what may have gone wrong, and we do hope that despite this experience we may have the opportunity to welcome you on board again in the future.
