Fly Direct are disappointed to note your comments, the Hotel has been featured in our Brochure for several years with little or no adverse feedback. As a result of your feedback we will monitor our feedback questionnaires closely and review the property for our 2015 programme. With regard to the cost of Sunbeds and Umbrellas on the beach,it is common practice to charge for these facilities unfortunately we have no control over the cost of these. we are disappointed to note your comments in relation to the Santa P9onsa/Pionero, it has been in our programme for many years and has always proved a popular choice, with many clients returning year after year. To date we have not received any other adverse comments, however we will closely monitor our feedback questionnaires about this property and will review it for 2015.
