Mit mondott Trusted Customer FlyDirect kereskedőről:

Jsy outward flight poor service

Slight delay on the way out of jersey but made up the time. The only thing that I was disappointed with was the drinks and snack service. It was very very slow in fact they only served a third of...

Many Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the on-board service. Unfortunately as the flight time from Jersey to Majorca is short, when demand for drinks is high it's not always possible to reach everyone before landing. This is something that we continue to work on with the crew.

Direct - The best option

The flights and transfers were all efficient and on time. The aircraft was comfortable and the mini bus clean and friendly service.

Many Thanks for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our service generally. As Palma is such a busy airport there are occasions that there is a short delay in obtaining a departure slot once passengers are loaded. We apologise if this was uncomfortable on this occasion.
