Many Thanks for your feedback. We're glad to hear that the unavoidable delay did not detract too much from your holiday. With regards catering at Jersey Airport, unfortunately due to fog the previous evening they had a number flights rescheduled to depart Monday morning and significantly more passengers passing through the airport than usually anticipated, leading to delays in security clearance and a shortage in fresh catering. We are sorry for any inconvenience this caused.

Many Thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with check-in. It is our policy to seat passengers together with their travelling companions, however this may not be possible on very busy flights. We will pass on your comments to Jersey Airport and hope that this did not detract from an otherwise pleasant holiday in Tenerife.

Many thanks for your feedback. We're glad you had a lovely holiday at Aguamar Apts in Tenerife and made the most of the nearby facilities. We'd love to see you travel again in the future.

Many thanks for your feedback and for praising our service. We're glad you were happy with the flights and the crew on board and hope to see you fly with us again in the future.

Many thanks for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that there were some issues with seat allocation. Unfortunately on our charter flights we are not able to offer seat selection in advance, and whilst we endeavour to have everyone sat with their travelling companions, on full flights this is not always possible. We will communicate your comments to Volotea, and hope that this did not detract from an otherwise pleasant holiday in Tenerife.

Thank you for reviewing your holiday to Costa Del Sol. We’re very happy you experienced the sun and managed to escape this weather without the hassle of a flight change in London. We’d love to have you travel again with us in the future.
