Many Thanks for feedback. We are sorry that you experienced a delay to your outbound flight, which had a knock-on effect on your transfer. As the flight arrived in Majorca 2 hours and 40 minutes later than scheduled I'm afraid this does not fall into the parameters for airline compensation. I have checked our booking confirmation from the hotel which confirms departure 10th September, I'm therefore sorry to hear that there was some confusion on check-in. We hope that this did not detract from an otherwise pleasant holiday.

Your pre-departure information was sent automatically on 2nd September, but we have had some issues with the Manx.net system identifying these emails as spam, which is something we are continuing to work on with them. Unfortunately as they don't bounce back to us we don't know which have been received and which haven't. With regards your transfers, our customer service team are already investigating what happened here, and will revert back to you as soon as they have a response from our transfer providers.
