Quality of flowers was rubbish. I ordered a daffodil delight for my mum, the first one died within a couple of days, as did the replacement bouquet, but the third complementary bouquet was nice...

I am sorry to learn that your original bouquet and the first replacement did not last as long as expected. Generally the vase life of Daffodil flowers varies slightly. It varies from 6-8 days under standard conditions at 15.5 degrees c, but this will change if the environment is warmer or cooler. Daffodil flowers are sensitive to ethylene, which shortens their vase life. I am glad to hear that the second repalcement lasted longer than thepervious two items, and we apologise for any inconvnenience caused.

I am sorry to learn of the late arrival of your order. I can onyl presume that the recipient was not in when delivery was originally attempted, and so delivery took place the following day. Unfortuantely the florist in question no longer has their delivery sheets and so I cannot confirm this is the reason, but the florist accepted your order the previous day for delivery, and there are no comments to advise of any other problems.

We were very disappointed with the late delivery of our flowers (late by 3 weeks) which had been ordered 2 weeks before mothers day with a delivery date specified, and only arrived 3 weeks after...

Please accept our apologies for the late arrival of your order. It seems to have been sent by Royal Mail originally, and seems to have been lost in transit. We then replaced your order for delivery at the earliest, with complimentary chocolates by means of apology for any inconvenience caused.
