Very good service
I had given up all hope of getting any money back as it had been quite a while since I had been delayed. It was rejected at first but Flight Delays went back and eventually I was awarded money back.

Easy and professional!
Dealt with the claim efficiently and professionally without any fuss. The customer service person was ver polite, concise and very helpful. Not at all pushy.

Under EU law passengers are entitled to claim compensation of up to €600 each. We take the potential claims on a no win no fee basis and we deal with all communication to and from the airline on your behalf.
