Yes, reservations are made by our local suppliers and it is their name that the hotels will recognise. Our comprehensive Holiday documentation always includes the local supplier's details.

Glad you and Kay enjoyed this trip so much Steve. Also totally impressed you do all these trips on bikes you've built yourself! Where next?

Thanks for the review Dorothy. Yes, the exceptionally high-water in Passau made for an interesting start to the trip but I'm glad we got you there in the end. Another bike and boat trip next year or something on dry land? There's loads of choice so get in touch and I'll be happy to make some recommendations.

Thanks for the review David, its always nice to hear you're appreciated! Sorry about the language problem on arrival and the tricky directions in and around Verona, I've fed this back to our local people and asked them to investigate. I look forward to helping you with your next cycling holiday.

Nothing wrong with picking an easy tour Doone, I do it all the time and it's supposed to be a holiday after all! I really appreciate the personal mention under service and look forward to discussing your next cycling adventure with you soon.

We're so glad you enjoyed your cycling break in Alentejo with Teresa - we love this place too!

Many thanks for the comprehensive feedback Rena. Sorry you found the route notes a little hard to follow at times. They are checked regularly and for next year we will be introducing GPX tracks which can be uploaded to smartphones and GPS devices making navigation much easier. The sections on roads with heavy traffic are kept to a minimum and only used when no other alternatives exist. Thanks for the tip about restaurant reservations, we will be sure to advise future customers in the tour documents.

We really appreciate the lovely review Leigh and we look forward to helping you plan your next cycling holiday.

Thanks for the positive review Michael. In light of your comments the Salzburg route notes are being reviewed but we're glad this issue didn't seem to mar the holiday too much.

Hi Susan, Thank you so much for the lovely review and photos. The sore neck comment brightened our day!
