Firstly, please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in receiving your order. Following our correspondence through email, you will now be aware that the GoTo Seat was delivered to you within our standard lead time for delivery, however following the delivery, it appears to have been removed from your doorstep, meaning you did not receive it. I have since raised a replacement order, which I have prioritized to ensure our fastest delivery time. I hope that this goes some way in improving your opinion on our service and if you have any further queries, please don't hesitate to contact us.
