Responsive and helpful.
However the app isn't particularly user friendly and could be more helpful.
Also explaining that the data needs to be read off the sensor within a few hours of waking up etc...

It’s ok for tracking your BBT
I like OvuSense, however, there are times it takes a long tile to connect and document my temperature on my phone. I think the monthly fee is too expensive for what you get. The app is very basic.

Haven't had to deal with customer services so far, received the sensor and have been using it for 3 cycles. It was despatched and delivered very fast in perfect condition and sealed for hygene...
