Thank you for the very kind comments. On the "clunky" point, we have now spoken and I'm sorry that you weren't aware of the options for displaying the content on your site. It is in fact possible to create a "style sheet" that means the feedback can be made to look exactly the way you want it to. We look forward to working with you in 2009 and beyond. Thanks for this very helpful feedback - it's exactly what we need to know. Some of the features of Feefo have been developed 'ad hoc', so it is particularly useful to know where confusion arises.
