Thanks so much for your feedback, we really appreciate you taking the time.

I've reviewed the correspondence between you and our Client Coordinator team and I wholeheartedly agree, we could have done a better job at explaining what information we required and why.

I also brought up the communications issue at our team meeting yesterday, we all agreed to spend more time explaining information in clear, simplified terms.

I really hope you give us another shot next year so we get the opportunity to show you how much better we are.
