Dear Mr Osbourne, Thank you for your feedback, we do appreciate any comments that will help us to improve our products, so we have passed this information on for you. As with all insurance products we do unfortunately have to put certain limits on the cover, and we feel that it is best to outline what these are so that our customers know what these will be to be able to make the decision as to whether the insurance will be best for you, and we understand that may not always be the case. In the case with any of our policies, you are covered straight away for any accidents, and in case of the policy that you took out with us we do look to cover death or vet fees as the result of sickness or disease. Currently we are in the process of trialling that we no longer take outstanding premium when a claim has been made as we have listened to our customers comments on this previously. We are unable to remove this section from the policy wording as currently it is a trial basis. We are sorry that our current products do not meet your needs and requirements, but we are happy to take any feedback on board so that we can make changes and improve them in the future.
