I lost a 10% saving because when I saved my quote it did not remember the discount.

Thank you for your feedback. The Promotional Code is in a cookie that is deleted when a quote is saved and you didn’t purchase from the saved quote. It looks like you may have clicked back and generated a new quote. Not to worry, we have applied this for you now and applied a 10% refund to the card you used during purchase. A bit disappointed that renewal quote was inflated with a discount code added in the email offer that made it the same as purchasing from scratch again... feels purposely misleading/dishonest..!

Thank you for your feedback and thank you for renewing. If you get a new quote at www.eversure.com/camera (as if you were a new customer) you will see that your renewal discount is 100% genuine. I have checked our records and last year you made a change to your policy that increased your sum insured. As a result you paid a pro-rata premium to increase your cover through to expiry. After the renewal discount, you have paid less this year than you paid in total for last year.
