It was ok, a bit clinical with the communications, not very friendly, overtly professional as a result. I'd expect an email every couple of months just as reassurance that they have me on their books...

We sell our policies on a non-advised basis, i.e. only you may determine whether our insurance is right for you. Also most of our sales are conducted on the website. Therefore, we take our responsibility to provide all of the necessary information to enable you to make an informed decision very seriously. We constantly review and discuss the website navigation and make adjustments when we feel it is appropriate.
