We are sorry to hear you felt this accommodation was expensive for what it was. Val Thorens is the highest resort in the French Alps and therefore it is very popular for late-season skiing. This demand does tend to push the accommodation prices up a little, so it can be more expensive than other resorts during these periods.

Thank you for your feedback and we agree that these apartments enjoy a great location close to all the village's amenities. The latest information we have regarding the balconies is that the management of this property have come up with a temporary solution to be implemented over the summer, that will allow them to open up balcnoy access again for winter 2018/19.

Thank you for your comments and we are sorry to hear the apartments were not ideal in terms of location. As you usually stay in some of the larger apartments in this residence, it may be that they do not physically have many of these apartments in their rental pool, making it difficult to accommodate your request. Should you wish to return next winter, we would suggest giving us a call and we will be happy to liaise with the residence on your behalf, both to request a suitable apartment and to find out the likelihood of this request being honoured, so that you can make an informed decision.
