The parcel was delivered on 14th May, within the timeframe you selected. For future orders, we do also offer express 2 working day and next working day delivery options, should you need faster delivery. We're very sorry if the wooden box wasn't as expected. Our boxes are branded with our logo and you can then choose to add a further engraving to personalise them if you wish.

This is a standard branded Clipper lighter that we then add an engraving to. If there is an issue with the personalisation though, we would be happy to arrange a replacement lighter for you, we just ask that you share a photo of the problem with our customer services team.
