Yes, we are a high interest company, as we take the risks that banks are not willing to take. We help with building to credit, so that in the future you wouldn’t need to take another high interest loan. We did briefly speak regarding the Home and Auto service (H&A), this is not an insurance but rather a service that provides roadside assistance, if you are removed your home due to natural disaster the service would help with hotel expense, it also has multiple other discounts like gas discounts, traveling and dinning etc. A member from our resolution team is working with the customer to resolving the complaint that was made.
