I can understand not being able to lower them but I don't understand how having me borrow additional funds could be such a problem. Also in the times that I have dealt with your company not one representative discussed lengthening the amortization period. I'm hoping that this issue has allowed your company to look at the processes that happen with your representatives and your marketing department. I think more disclosure on the part of the representative regarding the loan details before the paperwork is sent for signature is essential.
