With eTransfer, customers are given a secure link and password, allowing them to deposit the funds directly into their bank account. This method is quick and convenient, offering immediate access to funds. Alternatively, EFT is another secure option, where the funds are directly deposited into the customer's bank account. While EFT is reliable, it generally takes 1-3 business days for the transaction to complete. We understand that occasionally customers may not receive the eTransfer link and password on the scheduled funding date. If this happens, we are happy to provide an alternative method to ensure you receive your funds without delay.
