Thank you for your thoughtful feedback and am very pleased to hear that you rate the tables as “good”. 2014 has been an unprecedented year where huge demand has placed enormous strain on the manufacturing industry across the UK. With your order, this has meant that our original estimate to you of 9 weeks ended up with our manufacturer delivering part of the order a week outside this. I’m pleased to say that lead times and communication with our supplier are now back to normal. My sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Thank you for your comments. Because your table is made to your individual specifications, you will appreciate we are unable to guarantee delivery on a specific date on request. However we do our utmost to ensure delivery as near to the requested date as possible. We did ask the manufacturer to make delivery arrangements directly with you to ensure somebody would be at the unattended address to accept. Sometimes the couriers deliver early thinking this is the right thing to do. Had someone not been available a calling card would have been left with a telephone number for the local depot. The driver would then automatically deliver the next day unless contacted to advise otherwise. Apologies for not meeting your delivery expectations and we hope to do better in the future.
