Almost an hour to find my Christmas Order

I used to be a duty manager for Booths. I looked after Xmas orders last year. I visited the Hale store, and it took almost 45 mins to find my food order.

Booth's is a very good place to shop quality of products stocked good staff friendly and helpful just little to far to go regularly and don't deliver so we get some delivered from waitrose deliveries

Ordering on line brilliant but ad you only took £20 deposit, I had to queue at tge Kiosk and then queue again to go through the tills to pay the €2........unbelievable
